HOW TO GO ON HOLIDAY IN LOCKDOWN
This pandemic has hit the travel industry hard. With shelter in place and stay at home orders hampering any travel further than your supermarket, we have all had to miss out on the spring we had planned. There is a lot of uncertainty about the comeback as well. With travel restrictions being discussed as we speak- there is no clarity on when we can have ‘business as usual’ with our getaways.
Don’t worry though, we’ve put together the ultimate guide for your holiday at home. First you need to decide where you are heading off to. City breaks like Rome are a good idea, or you can go further afield and head to Mexico, South Africa, or Cuba. The prep for this day of activity can be as minimal as you want but you will need to do some research ahead of time. After picking your destination you will need to look up the local dish and drink and make sure you have the ingredients in. We like to go all out and decorate each room separately but this can be expensive and time-consuming although we do recommend it for a lot of fun.
